AD Sales Information
We are very excited to be back at the Dawson County Performing Arts Center on May 23rd for our show! There are many expenses associated with recital, and we sell ads for our annual program book to help pay for these expenses. Expenses include trophies/awards, music mixing/editing, sets/props, performance insurance, designing/printing program books, facility rental, staff payroll, and more.
What is in an AD?
There are two main versions of ADs, Business Promotion and Dancer Shoutouts. The ads can contain whatever content you would like, although we do reserve the right to edit ads if necessary. Ads can contain messages from dancers to teachers, from dancers to other dancers, or from a business to a dancer. A lot of these ads are purely business ads, but a lot of them are personal messages to dancers – words of encouragement from friends, family members and businesses. We encourage you to go to businesses, friends, grandparents, family, etc. or anybody else you would like to put an ad in the program book to promote their business or offer well wishes to a dancer. If you aren’t sure how to design your ad but have the pictures and or message, you can let us know and we can design the ad for you. We designed most of the ads last year, and are happy to do so!
